Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically within Australia and ship internationally.

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

At the moment we have standard shipping with tracking.

 

What do I do about shipping/Import taxes and duties?

Only Australian sales’ taxes and shipping are calculated. Any and all fees related to importing products are customer responsibilities.

Returns

Can I return/replace an item if I change my mind or don’t like it?

Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:

  • They got the product but simple change their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the product or had no use for it.
  • The issue with the product was caused by the consumer’s miss use.
  • If the consumer knew of or were made aware of the issue with the product before they purchased the product (but may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different issue with the product that wasn’t made clear before purchase
    of said product).
  •  Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice provided by the business.
  •  The problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone unrelated to the business.

My item arrived broken, what do I do?

We are happy to replace products damaged during transit (which we try to prevent from happening as much as humanly possible). Please email us at wireddoll@wireddoll.com or DM me on Instagram @aestheticmagicalgirl or @wired_doll with a photo of the package and the item (the more the better) and we will contact you as soon as possible with organising a replacement.
